I'm what one might call a stereotypical skater kid, except I earned a bachelors degree in Culinary Arts at the art institute in Seattle, am currently the sous chef at Stripsteak inside Mandalay Bay, and believe there's nothing better than unwinding after a workday by packing myself a frosty bowl and enjoying the simple things in life :)
