Hey everyone; OP here. I apologized to my Nana when he came back home a couple of hours later. He laughed, hugged me, and said "it's all right. I'm used to your awkwardness anyway. And for the record, I did have fun!" I appreciate the supportive comments. I'll read and translate them to my Nana in Bangla. I'm sure he'll get a good laugh from this, as well.
