You're = you are. Your = belonging to or associated with a person. There = in, at or to a place. Their = Belonging to or associated with a person previously mentioned or of unspecified gender. They're = they are. This isn't English class, but the reason we're taught the rules of grammar is so that we can apply them outside of the classroom. So do it.
